You can order products online via this website.

Before we can have your orders shipped and delivered, you must pay for it first. You can do so by Unionbank, BDO bank deposit or Meet Ups (Baguio residents only).

  • Unionbank and BDO Bank Deposit
    You can make the payment through Unionbank or BDO bank deposits. You will be required to send a photo of the deposit slip to info@thecluttershop.com.

TheClutterShop.com delivers to areas within the Philippines.

You will be notified of the associated delivery costs automatically before you can confirm payment.

We will only hold items that are reserved for 3 days. Upon failure to pay, the item will be returned back to our website.

Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company upon request. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We will not assume any liability for lost packages.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within one week of purchase. You can return an item as long as it is not used or damaged. Simply bring or resend your item(s) to us with all contents and packaging, and we will process your refund afterwards.
